In 2023, we published our first Sustainability Report, a document that transparently outlines the environmental actions and objectives of the Montresor Hotel Tower.

Responsible hospitality, conscious choices.
Our commitment combines attention to our guests with responsibility towards the planet.
That is why, at Montresor Hotel Tower, we have embarked on a concrete path towards sustainability, made up of daily actions and structural decisions that make every stay a more ethical and conscious choice.

Clean and optimised energy
The entire property is powered by certified renewable sources. In addition, thanks to the use of a high-efficiency cogenerator, we are able to produce part of the energy we need ourselves, reducing waste and emissions.

Energy efficiency and smart comfort
All rooms are equipped with automatic temperature control systems to prevent heat loss and ensure maximum comfort with minimum impact.

Sustainable in-house laundry
We have chosen to internalise our laundry service in order to have direct control over water and energy use, adopting low environmental impact practices and certified products.

Plastic reduction
We have begun a process of gradually eliminating plastic, favouring reusable or compostable materials and more sustainable solutions, both in the rooms and in the common areas.

Separate waste collection and responsible waste management
Every area of the hotel follows a strict recycling system, designed to make it easy for guests to contribute too.

Transparency and international standards
As part of our journey towards increasingly conscious hospitality, we report on the actions we have taken in our annual sustainability report. We are inspired by the criteria of the GSTC (Global Sustainable Tourism Council) and are actively working to obtain this important certification, with the aim of aligning ourselves with the highest international standards in sustainable tourism.

After a stormy afternoon, we took refuge here to recover and pamper ourselves a little. The best choice we could have made. Everything was very comfortable and the staff extremely kind. Spacious and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and suitable for every need and diet. But the real gem of this place is the view, and above all the panoramic elevator that will make your eyes sparkle. We will be happy to come back!

Excellent hotel. Not the typical crowded tourist hotel, but rather an elegant property where you can spend a few days in complete peace and quiet while still being close to amusement parks and Verona. The most important aspect is cleanliness: the room was spotless and pleasantly scented, as were the common areas. Breakfast offered high-quality food for every taste and need (vegan, gluten-free). Friendly, courteous, and dedicated staff.

Hotel tenuto molto bene, le camere sono pulite e molto spaziose. Anche il bagno è molto spazioso nonostante senza ventola. In camera non c’era il bollitore per poter preparare il latte in polvere alla nostra figlia, ma ciò non toglie punti alla mia opinione. Ci è bastato andare al bar a chiedere un po’ di acqua calda...
